Dr. Jafar Ghanbari initially referred to the favorable conditions at the university and stated: "A great situation is available for establishing a technical university, especially the excellent geographical location of the university, which has unique strengths."

The head of Qom University of Technology continued to emphasize that the main focus of the university should be on attracting and increasing the number of students.
