A Warm Meeting Between Board Members and Staff Regarding 360-Degree Evaluation

According to the public relations of Qom University of Technology, in line with enhancing productivity through organizational evaluation and feedback processes, a cordial meeting was held with the presence of the board members and the university's executive committee alongside academic advisors. In this meeting, Dr. Rezaei Nour, the president of Qom University of Technology, elaborated on the details of the 360-degree performance evaluation and its implementation process at Qom University of Technology.

He emphasized the importance of the 360-degree evaluation by stating: «This evaluation is a comprehensive method that collects and assesses feedback from various perspectives, including managers, colleagues, clients, and subordinates of the individual. This method, which is utilized in many public and private organizations worldwide, will also be continuously implemented at Qom University of Technology.»
Dr. Rezaei Nour added: «In recent years, the Ministry of Science has conducted the evaluation of university presidents and vice presidents using this method, and these reports are sent to ministry officials and other authorities. At Qom University of Technology, this approach has extended to all managerial and executive levels, and evaluations will be conducted periodically and according to needs.»
The president of Qom University of Technology continued: «In these evaluations, all managers and staff of the university will be ranked based on feedback received from various groups, including managers, colleagues, subordinates, and students.

He added regarding the target groups of these evaluations: «Target groups will include the heads of educational departments, board members, vice presidents, executive managers, faculty members, specialists, and students.»
Dr. Rezaei Nour also stated: «Evaluation questionnaires will periodically be sent for assessing the performance of managers, professors, and staff.
A question-and-answer session between staff and board members and the executive committee was held, where university officials addressed the questions and concerns of staff regarding the 360-degree evaluation process.
At the end of the ceremony, top performers in the 360-degree evaluation were honored with certificates and gifts. The names of the honorees are as follows:

3- Ms. Fatemeh Hengi (Third place in evaluation)
4- Ms. Fatemeh Bidabadi (First place in student affairs evaluation)
5- Mr. Mostafa Maleki (Second place in student affairs evaluation)
6- Mr. Mojtaba Shaghlagh (First place in educational and research affairs evaluation)
7- Mr. Masoud Khosravi (Second place in educational and research affairs evaluation)
8- Mr. Mohammad Ali Sadeghi (First place in the presidential area evaluation)
9- Ms. Khadijeh Tavoosi (Second place in the presidential area evaluation)
10- Ms. Nafiseh Soohanian (First place in administrative and financial affairs evaluation)
11- Mr. Amir Hossein Akbari (Second place in administrative and financial affairs evaluation)

Dr. Rezaei Nour concluded by requesting all university members to actively participate in these evaluations to support accurate decision-making processes and continuous improvement of organizational performance, thereby playing a significant role in achieving the university's goals.
