Notice No. 1 of the Student Loan for the First Semester of 1402-1401 Qom University of Technology

Registration period for the loan and submission of documents to the Financial Aid Department at the university from 21/7/1401 to 16/09/1401
Application period for essential loans from 21/8/1401 to 16/09/1401

Steps for applying for a loan and creating a file:

• Accessing the student portal via the address bp.swf.ir
• Actions for students admitted in the year 1401 and students admitted in previous years who are applying for a loan for the first time:

a:  Initial registration in the Welfare Fund system and action to prepare and send documents for file creation (according to item 5) to the university’s Financial Aid Department.

b:  If the documents are correct and complete, the student’s registration will be approved by the university, and the student can log back into the student portal (https://bp.swf.ir) and register their loan application using their username and password (national ID code).

• Students admitted who have a loan file in the Comprehensive Welfare Fund system from previous levels:

a: After logging into the student portal, proceed to create a new level and register on the Fund's website.

b:  If a payment schedule for previous loans has been issued in the previous educational level, enter the student information section and create the new educational level.

c:  Contact the university's Welfare Department to follow up on the confirmation of registration and to create access for submitting the loan application in the new level (it is essential that the documents for guarantee and sufficiency of guarantors are reviewed and approved by the relevant expert)

• Students who have a file in the Comprehensive Welfare Fund system in their current educational level can submit their loan application by logging into the student portal.
• Necessary documents to be submitted to the university's Welfare Department for the purpose of creating the loan file:

a:  Submission of the original declaration document of the student registered in one of the notary offices in the country

Conditions for the guarantor or guarantors: Official or contractual government employees, government contract employees with 5 years of experience and holding employee identification codes, and retirees.

b: Submission of the bank account number of Bank Tejarat in the name of the applying student (specifically for daily students)

 c: Submission of a salary deduction certificate addressed to "Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology" for an amount of 300000000 rials (for loans up to 30 million tomans) and an amount of 600000000 rials (for loans over 30 million tomans)

Note: Due to the ongoing economic conditions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and to assist students, the submission of a salary deduction certificate from guarantors is not mandatory this semester.

d:  A copy of the latest employment decree of the guarantor or guarantors.

e:  A copy of the national ID card and student card of the student.

f:  Submission of specific documents and evidences for each of the selected loans.

Note: It is necessary that the document of the student's declaration be precisely and legibly prepared and registered in one of the official notary offices according to the announced instructions from the Welfare Fund. It is obvious that if the provided declaration document does not conform to the specified document, it must be newly prepared in a notary office to receive the loan. It is suggested that respected students discuss the employment conditions of their guarantor with the relevant expert during their contact with the university and, if approved, proceed to prepare the document and obtain a salary deduction certificate.
