Equipping the laboratories and workshops of Qom University of Technology and facilitating solutions to the problems of the industry in the province and the country.

According to the Public Relations Office of the University: In light of the physical dispersion of laboratories, the inadequacy of some allocated spaces, and the purchase of new equipment, upgrading the laboratories and workshops of Qom Industrial University has become a priority for the university officials during the regular meetings of the Laboratory Council and the specialized task force for space and buildings.
Currently, to enhance the laboratories and workshops of Qom Industrial University, the construction of civil engineering, fluid mechanics, and polymer workshops is underway. The civil engineering-fluid mechanics workshop, with an area of 300 square meters and the installation of a 15-meter flume channel, will transform it into the largest and best-equipped civil engineering workshop in Qom Province.

The polymer workshop, covering 150 square meters, is under construction and undergoing updates with new equipment, including an internal mixer.
Additionally, with the support of Dr. Razavi Noor, the president of Qom Industrial University, necessary laboratory equipment for students is being purchased at a cost of 5 billion Rials, and special measures have been taken for carrying out student projects in the laboratories and workshops.
The formalization of laboratories and workshops, organization of equipment, addressing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) issues, rectifying deficiencies, repairing laboratory equipment, standardizing the number of educational groups, and optimizing the conditions of laboratories and workshops are among the other activities undertaken to enhance the laboratories and workshops of Qom Industrial University.
In conclusion, Dr. Razavi Noor reported on comprehensive support for the implementation of research projects by faculty and students, adding: Given the enhancement of laboratories and workshops at the university and the implementation of student research projects within them, it is expected that with increased activity and collaboration among faculty and students, we will witness an improvement in research at Qom Industrial University.
He stated: We must play a more effective role in the growth and flourishing of the industry in the province by strengthening our connections with the regional industry and attracting joint projects with industrial factories by addressing their problems and challenges.
