According to the university's public relations: for the second time, Qom University of Technology hosted the second one-day conference on mathematical physics in Iran aimed at enhancing the scientific standing of this field.

Dr. Lati fi, the scientific secretary of the national mathematical physics conference, referred to the receipt of 162 papers and stated: Among the submitted papers, 83 papers were accepted, of which 75 papers will be presented as posters and 8 papers will be presented orally at this conference.
The scientific secretary of the national mathematical physics conference announced the publication of all defended papers at this conference and stated: These papers will be published in two journals; ISC (Islamic World Science Citation Center) and the Journal of the Physics Society.

He further expressed that the aim of holding this conference is to establish a scientific position for Iran in the field of mathematical physics and added: Currently, two countries, Russia and the United States, hold a prominent position in this science, and despite having elite scientists, Iran still lacks an appropriate status in this field.
Dr. Lati fi described the modeling of physics with mathematical language as one of the functions of this science and added: The goal of mathematical physics is to uncover the realities of these two sciences.

In the end, based on the decision of the scientific committee, Mehrdad Khodadifar from Isfahan University of Technology, Dr. Bahman Baba Yaar Razliqieh from Qom University of Technology, and Monireh Barzegar Ganj from Zanjan University were awarded the best papers of the second mathematical physics conference.
