Attention esteemed students applying for membership in the Student Council
Eligible students who wish to join may complete the relevant form by visiting the Brothers' Dormitory from 2018/11/05 to 2018/11/10. It is worth mentioning that the names of approved individuals will be announced after review.
The general conditions for membership applicants are as follows:
1- Belief in the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and practical commitment to the absolute guardianship of the jurist and the Constitution (completion of the candidacy form)
2- Full-time enrollment at the institution in one of the continuous undergraduate, master's, or doctoral programs and having completed one semester for undergraduate students.
3- No definitive verdict of condemnation from the Disciplinary Committee.
4- Adherence to student and ethical norms.
5- Compliance with the provisions of the Student Council's regulations and guidelines.
6- A minimum overall GPA of 13 for undergraduate students and an overall GPA of 15 for graduate students.
7- No conditional status in the previous semester and not having two consecutive conditional semesters.
8- Not being a member of the Central Council of licensed Islamic organizations within the institution.
9- The remaining duration of studies, including the semester in which elections are held, should not be less than two semesters.
Note 1: Graduate students from the beginning of their entry into the institution are eligible to participate in the elections.
Note 2: In case of any definitive condemnation of a member of the Student Council by the Disciplinary Council, their membership will be revoked.
