Registration time for loans and submission of documents to the Loans Department at the University from 1400/11/04 to 1401/02/21
Steps to apply for a loan and form a file :
- Access the student portal via the address bp.swf.ir
- Actions for students admitted in the academic year 1400 and students admitted in previous years who are applying for a loan for the first time:
A: Initial registration in the Welfare Fund system and action to prepare and send the documents necessary for forming the file (according to clause 5) to the university's Loans Department
B: If the documents are correct and complete , the student registration will be confirmed by the university and the student can re-enter the student portal and use their username and password (national code) to register their loan request.
- Students admitted newly who have a loan file in the comprehensive system of the Welfare Fund from previous levels :
A : After entering the student portal take steps to create a new level and technically register on the fund's website .
B: If a payment booklet for loans taken out in the previous academic level has been issued , enter the student's information and create the new academic level .
C: Contact the university's Welfare Department to follow up on confirming the registration and creating access to submit the loan request in the new level (it is essential that the guarantee documents and the sufficiency of the guarantors be reviewed and approved by the responsible expert)
- Students who have a file in the comprehensive system of the Welfare Fund in the current academic level if the documents are completed and the guarantors are sufficient can enter the student portal to register their loan request , take action .
- Documents required to be submitted to the Welfare Department of the University to form the loan file :
A: Submission of the original student commitment document (guarantee document), registered at one of the official document offices in the country (for information on the conditions and
documents of the guarantor to refer to Article 11 and 12 of the regulations regarding the payment and repayment of student loans and or the explanations of the Welfare Department on the first page of the University website .)
B: Submission of a salary deduction certificate addressed to "Welfare Fund of Students of the Ministry of Sciences, Research and Technology" in the amount of 300,000,000 Rials (for obtaining a loan up to 30 million Tomans) and 600,000,000 Rials ( for obtaining a loan exceeding 30 million Tomans)
Note: Due to the ongoing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic and to assist students, providing a salary deduction certificate for guarantors is not mandatory this semester.
C: Copy of the latest employment decree of the guarantor or guarantors
D: Submission of the bank account number of the applicant student for the student loan (specifically for daily students)
E: Submission of specific documents of each of the selected loans
Note : The student commitment document must be precisely and legibly drawn up according to the template announced by the Welfare Fund in one of the official document offices and be registered. In case the presented commitment document does not match the contents of the announced document, a new notarial commitment document must be prepared to receive the loan. It is recommended that esteemed students contact the university to clarify the job conditions of the guarantor or guarantors with the relevant expert and if confirmed, proceed with the document preparation and obtain the salary deduction certificate.
Note: The beneficiary of this document is solely the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Sciences, Research and Technology, and its details cannot be changed.

- The first batch of loan applications will be sent to the Welfare Fund in the second half of Esfand of this year, and applications submitted after that will be sent in the year 1401.

Welfare Fund tuition loan:
A: Second-round student of public universities, affiliated centers to executive agencies, and technical and vocational colleges
B: Students of Payame Noor, comprehensive applied sciences, Islamic Azad universities, and non-governmental, non-profit institutions

* Students can only use one event per semester.
* The tuition loan is deposited into the university's account to cover part of the tuition debt of the requesting student and recorded as a debt in the student's file.
* New students of public universities can only benefit from the Welfare Fund tuition loan.
* Additional tuition loans for students under the auspices of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation and Welfare Organization are only granted to students of those two organizations (if unemployed) as follows:
1. For registering the mentioned loan, students do not need to provide a commitment document, and the supportive organizations bear responsibility for loan payment.
2. Eligible students under assistance are introduced at the beginning of each semester by supportive organizations, and the registration of excessive tuition loans for supported students can only be done by the student through the Welfare Fund student portal.
3. Since the entire excess tuition of the student is paid under this loan, referred students are not allowed to use the Welfare Fund and bank tuition loans.
