The Fifth Meeting of Managers of Witnesses and Veterans of Region 4 at Qom University of Technology

According to the public relations department of the university: The fifth meeting of the managers of the witnesses and martyrs from Region 4 of higher education was held at Qom University of Technology.
In this meeting, Dr. Rezaei Nour, the president of Qom University of Technology, provided explanations regarding the recent advancements at the university. He added: One of the unique features of Qom University of Technology is the youthfulness of its professors and staff, which is why they are motivated to contribute to its growth and development. For instance, the construction of a laboratory and workshop complex, the establishment of faculties in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as Technical and Engineering disciplines, the creation of classrooms, and the construction of a 5,000 square meter administrative and educational building in the past year are results of the teamwork and cooperation of the staff and faculty of this university.
Following this, the Islamic cleric Dr. Ghorbani, head of the Office of the Supreme Leader's representative at the university, discussed the virtues of the holy city of Qom. He referred to a hadith from Imam Javad (PBUH) stating: "Whoever visits my aunt in Qom, Paradise becomes obligatory for him," adding that Qom, with the presence of the honorable shrine of the noble member of the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH), the sacred Jamkaran Mosque, and the presence of distinguished religious authorities, is a stronghold of the revolution. The spirit of martyrdom and self-sacrifice exhibited by the people of this city has brought many blessings and benefits to this sacred city. Additionally, Dr. Eghbalian, the administrative secretary for witnesses and martyrs in Region 4, reviewed the new circular for witnesses and martyrs, focusing on the comprehensive coverage of students with a disability rating of less than 25 percent.
Next, Dr. Taghizadeh, the director general of affairs for witness and martyr students at the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, regarded serving witness and martyr students as a divine blessing, adding: We take pride in being the servants of the memories of the battlefield and war.
