The Islamic-Iranian Progress Model Meeting was held at Qom Industrial University.

According to the university's public relations: The meeting on the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress, centered on examining the social status of women in the system, was held in the presence of Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Ali Kashouri, the secretary of the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress, organized by the student mobilization in the conference hall of Shahid Akhoundi University of Qom.
In this meeting, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Kashouri, while referring to the importance of the woman's role in the family and society, added: "A woman is a flower. Therefore, a flower needs care and attention. Unfortunately, in an Islamic country like Iran, we have still not realized the truth that to have a healthy society, we need a healthy family, and to have a healthy family, we need worthy spouses and caring mothers. One of the programs of the Islamic-Iranian Model of Progress in the country is to improve the family environment.
Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Ali Kashouri continued about improving the family environment, saying: "This issue has been the second mission of this model. One of the issues threatening women today is the equal working conditions with men. We are pursuing this matter seriously. Women in workplaces should not have the same conditions as men and similar working hours to men. The job structure for women must be defined. There are jobs in the country that are truly far from the emotional, psychological, and physical conditions of women.
Hojjatoleslam Kashouri pointed out one of the flaws of the Sixth Development Plan as "lack of coherence" and stated: "The program lacks the necessary coordination; for example, at the beginning of the article related to women and family affairs, it is stated that we want to strengthen the family, but below the article, it is written that this will be done through "gender justice." Gender justice is the umbrella slogan of the feminist movement, which is anti-family. The main question is, how do we intend to strengthen the family with the main slogan of an anti-family movement? This is one of the instances of the program's lack of coherence. It would be better to focus on the foundation of the family instead of the slogan of gender justice by utilizing the Islamic-Iranian model of progress in designing a specific bill for women's employment.
It is noteworthy that this program was specifically for women.
