How to Register Bachelor's Students for the 2022 Academic Year

On behalf of the university, I would like to congratulate and wish success to the students accepted in the entrance exam for the academic year 1401. Please be informed that the registration of newly admitted students at Qom University of Technology will take place in two stages, and it is mandatory for the student to complete both stages of registration.

• Remote registration electronically
• Submission of original required documents in the first week of attending university

Therefore, we request that all the steps outlined below be completed, and that the registration process is followed until the outcome is achieved.

Notices, registration links, and other necessary information will soon be published through the internal messaging channel "Bele" at the following address. Please take the necessary steps to join the channel:

Additionally, the ID of the only official channel of Qom University of Technology will be published solely on the internal messaging app "Bele" at the following address.

Notice: Please make sure to join the above "Bele" channels, as the link of communication between the university and the dear students will be conducted through these channels.

Before entering the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan the items mentioned below (as you will need them for uploading during registration).

• Image of national ID card (front and back)
• Image of all pages of the birth certificate
• Image of a 4*3 photo with a white background (size of 263*649 or smaller, with a file size of approximately 25 KB)
• Image of the original computerized diploma and pre-university certificate or high school graduation (with the Ministry of Education seal)
• Image of the original diploma and pre-university certificate or high school graduation (if you have received your certificate physically from your high school; otherwise, this is not required.)
• Image of the temporary diploma and pre-university certificate or high school graduation
• Assessment forms should be filled based on the needs and requirements of each individual and uploaded (The assessment forms can be downloaded from here (Form 4.5). One of the two forms numbered 4 or 5 must be filled and uploaded (based on the student’s status). The assessment form number one can also be downloaded from here (Form 1) and uploaded.

Note 1: To enter the online registration system (from the main page of Qom University of Technology), your username, national ID code, and password, which is the applicant’s birth certificate number.

Note 2: The national ID must be entered completely and in 10 digits without hyphens and spaces (if the applicant’s national ID starts with a zero, it may not require the leading zero for entry; thus, you should enter both with and without the leading zero and test—especially for individuals whose birth certificate number is the same as the national ID).

 

After entering the online registration system, please complete the registration steps thoroughly and upload all the relevant forms (which you have previously scanned and mentioned above) in the appropriate section, and at the end of the online registration section on the last page, click the Submit and Send Documents option.

 

In the following days, the esteemed educational experts at the university will review the submitted information. If the student’s registration request is approved, a student ID will be issued for the applicant. If there are deficiencies in the application, the request will be rejected (in this case, the applicant must return to the online registration link, complete the deficiencies, and resubmit the application). It is worth noting that due to the high workload of the university's educational department and the influx of new students, the approval of their online registration requests may take up to two business days. Therefore, students can check the status of their request from the same online registration link to see whether their request has been approved and to view their student ID or if their request was rejected, prompting them to repeat the necessary steps.

  Reminder: After the student’s registration request is approved by the university, they will be assigned a student ID. With this student ID and the password being the national ID, they can access their student portal on Friday, 08/07/1401, to learn about their class schedule for attending university.

 

The student is required to submit the original documents listed at the beginning of this notice to the education archives department on the first day of attendance at the university.

All male students should refer to the following channel in the "Bele" messaging app for military service matters. Please listen carefully to the most recent voice messages posted by the military service expert and follow the instructional video provided in the channel to complete your educational exemption process. Any questions can be sent to the ID     sajjad_h62 in the "Bele" messaging app. All your messages will be responded to as soon as possible. Students only have until the first of Aban month of 1401 to register their educational exemption; failing to fulfill military service obligations will result in their registration being canceled.
