How to Register Newly Admitted Undergraduate Students

Congratulations and best wishes to the students accepted in the undergraduate entrance exam of the year 2023. We would like to inform you that the registration of new students at Qom University of Technology will be carried out in two stages: the student is required to complete both stages of registration.

  • Online registration electronically
  • Submitting original documents required in the first week of attendance at the university

Therefore, we kindly ask you to complete all registration processes fully.

(It is emphasized that registration will be conducted entirely online and there is no need for the student's physical presence.)

* Students are advised not to entrust their online registration to cyber cafés and absolutely ensure that the student completes all steps personally. Please read all instructions carefully.

Before entering the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan the items mentioned below (as these will be needed for uploading during registration).

  • Image of national ID card (front and back)
  • Image of all pages of the birth certificate
  • Image of a 4*3 white background photo (sized 263*649 or less, with a file size approximately 25 kilobytes)
  • Image of the original computerized diploma and pre-university or high school certificate (with the stamp of the Ministry of Education)
  • Image of the original diploma and pre-university or high school certificate (if you received your certificate physically from high school; otherwise, it is not required.)
  • Image of the provisional diploma and pre-university or high school certificate
  • Image of the assessment forms

Note 1: To enter the online registration system (from the main page of Qom University of Technology), you will need the username, national code of the student, and password, which is the applicant's identification number.

Note 2: The national code must be entered completely and in 10 digits without dashes or spaces (if the applicant's national code starts with zero, it may not be necessary to include the leading zeros for logging into the site, so try both with and without the first zero). Especially for those whose identification number is the same as their national code, they must not include the leading zeros of the national code in the identification number section.

Attention foreign students
To complete the registration process, instead of the identification number, enter the candidate's number, and instead of the national code, enter your file number.

After entering the online registration system, complete the registration process fully and upload all relevant forms (that you scanned previously and were mentioned in the descriptions above) in their designated sections. At the end of the online registration section, click on Submit and then click on Submit Documents.

 

The university’s education specialists will review the submitted information. If the student's electronic registration request is approved, a student number will be issued. If rejected or incomplete, the student must re-enter the registration process link, complete the deficiencies, and submit again. Note that due to the high workload and the increase in new students, the approval of online registration requests may take up to two to three working days. Hence, the student can use the same online registration link to track their request status in the following days to see if their request has been approved and if they can see their student number (as shown in the sample image below), or if their request is rejected (the reasons for rejection or deficiencies in the registration request will be communicated by the university on the last page of the electronic registration process). They can resolve it and resend the electronic registration.

 

Important Notice: After the application is approved and receiving the student number on the following Tuesday, 25/10/2023, enter your Student Portal and view your course and class lists.
To access the student portal, use the link erp.qut.ac.ir and enter your student number in place of the username and your national code in place of the password.

The start of classes for newly admitted students is from 20/10/2023.

 

  • Second stage registration: Submission of original documents by the student

The student is required to submit the original documents mentioned at the beginning of the instructions to the education archives section, Mr. Asghari, on their first day at the university.

 

Attention male students regarding military service issues (very important):

All male students must complete military service procedures on the system epolice.ir and send their full name and national code to the ID mosavii123456@ of the military service expert. For guidance on how to apply for educational exemption and to watch training videos, please refer to the channel below in Behnam messenger.

 If military service procedures are not completed, the student's registration will be canceled.

"Registration Announcement for Student Dormitories – Academic Year 2023-2024"

It is hereby announced to all newly admitted students seeking dormitory accommodation that to register for a dormitory and select a room, you must do so through the student portal.

 

🔰Steps for registration and room selection:

2 - Log in to the student portal after registration and obtaining the student number (at the address https://erp.qut.ac.ir)

3 - Select the dormitory affairs option and then request membership in the dormitory, completing, registering, and submitting the relevant forms

It is very important: Please ensure that all forms are completely filled out, submitted, and finally confirmed with the "Send" option, so your request is sent to the dormitory expert.

4 - Pay an amount of 10,000,000 rials as a prepayment

5 - Room allocation by the dormitory expert

6 - Visit the dormitory expert in person to collect the dormitory card along with two passport-sized photos

🔰 The cost of dormitory accommodation for one academic semester is 25,000,000 rials for daily students and 40,000,000 rials for second-round, international, test-taking, guest, transfer, and extended students.

🔰 Payment of the prepayment amount of 10,000,000 rials is obligatory to complete the registration and room selection process; the remaining amount must be settled before the final exams.

🔰 After room selection, no transfers are allowed.

🔰 Once registered, withdrawal is not permitted, and the student is obliged to pay the full dormitory fee.

🔰 Access to the dormitory is only permitted with a dormitory card. Therefore, all respected students must visit the dormitory administration with two passport-size photos prior to arriving at the dormitory to collect their dormitory card.

🔰 It should be noted that student dormitories are without internet.

🔰 All students are required to comply with the dormitory regulations, and any violations will be dealt with according to disciplinary regulations.

🔰 Female students requesting single-night accommodation must visit the dormitory expert in person and obtain only the introduction letter from Qom University of Technology to give to the managers of the Farabi dormitory. The dormitory managers will make the decision regarding approval and accommodation fees.

🔰 Male students requesting single-night accommodation (after newly admitted registrations are completed) will be accepted if there is available capacity. The cost for each night of accommodation will be seventy-five thousand tomans.

🔰 Priority for accommodation goes to applicants whose residential city is farther from Qom University of Technology.
