Attention Students Applying for Loans in the Second Semester of 96-95
 According to circular number 16771/130 dated 24/9/95 from the Welfare Fund for Students, applicants for loans in the second semester of 96-95 must register their requests on the website www.swf.ir from 25/9/95 to 10/11/95 while following the instructions below and according to the attached process (Guide) .
Important Notes:
1) The above-mentioned timeframe cannot be extended. 
2) The browser used is Internet Explorer.
3) The deadline for entering personal information and applying for loans in the Student Portal of the Welfare Fund is from 95/9/25 to 95/11/10.
4) The final submission of the list of applications will be done by the student affairs expert at the university, conditional upon the approval and completion of applicants' documents, so applicants must follow up with the relevant expert at the university until their applications are finalized.
5) It is essential for students who are applying for a loan for the first time to first register their personal information on the aforementioned site and after submitting the required documents for creating a loan application file, including a copy of their national ID, a copy of their student ID, the original guarantee document (notarized commitment) – a copy of the guarantor's salary slip and employment letter – and a Trade Bank account number in the name of the student (specifically for full-time students and applicants for Alavi Foundation loans), to again visit the Welfare Fund's website to apply for the loan. Guarantor Conditions: (Official or contractual government employee and or retirees, provided they submit a salary deduction certificate addressed to the Welfare Fund for Students of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology) – You can obtain the notarized commitment form by visiting https://studentsdepartment.qut.ac.ir  in the student welfare section of the university's website.
6) Approval of any type of loan request (educational, tuition, housing, etc.) is subject to funding by the Welfare Fund.
7) The approval of loan requests including emergency loans, housing deposits for married students, marriage loans, and others is contingent upon submitting special documents related to these requests to the university's student affairs.
8) The student is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the loan application registration process.
9) Manual registration of loan requests by university experts is not possible; therefore, only applicants for Alavi Foundation loans (full-time and part-time students) may visit the student affairs section during the specified timeframe to complete the loan application form, provided they submit a salary deduction certificate for the guarantor addressed to the Welfare Fund for Students of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
