1) Due to limitations in funding, priority is given to applications submitted during the specified period.
2) The browser used should be Internet Explorer.
3) Priority will be given to students with financial needs.
4) The final submission of the list of applications will be conducted by the student affairs expert at the university, contingent upon the approval and completion of the applicants' documents. Therefore, it is essential for applicants to follow up on the approval of their requests up to the final stage with the relevant expert at the university.
5) Students who are applying for a loan for the first time or in a new level of education must first register their personal information (file creation) on the mentioned site and, after delivering the necessary documents to the student affairs expert at the university, should return to register their loan request via phase two on the Student Welfare Fund website.

6) Approval of any loan requests is subject to budget availability from the Welfare Fund.
7) Approval of loan requests such as emergency loans, housing deposits for married students, and marriage loans is conditional upon submission of specific documents relevant to these requests to the university's student affairs.
8) The responsibility for not following up on the accuracy of the loan application process rests with the student.
9) The possibility of manually registering loan requests by the university's expert is not available, hence only applicants for the Alavi Foundation loan (both daily and evening students) can complete the loan form—to submit the salary deduction certificate of the guarantor addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology—by visiting the student affairs office within the specified timeframe.
