Guide).
Important Notes:
1) The browser to be used is Internet Explorer.
2) The deadline for entering personal information and submitting loan applications in the Student Portal of the Welfare Fund is from 2016/6/22 to 2016/7/20.
3) The final submission of the application list is handled by the student affairs expert at the university, contingent on the approval and completion of the applicants' documents. Therefore, it is imperative that applicants follow up on their applications to the final stage with the relevant expert at the university.
4) It is required that students who are applying for a loan for the first time first register their personal information on the mentioned site and after submitting the required documents for loan processing, including a copy of their national ID card, a copy of their student ID card, original collateral documentation (a notarized commitment), a copy of the guarantor's pay slip, and employment decree, along with a Bank Tejarat account number for daily students, etc., should again visit the Welfare Fund website to submit their loan request. Guarantor conditions: (An official or contractual employee of one of the government agencies or retirees, provided that they submit a certificate indicating a deduction from their salary to the Student Welfare Fund) - The notarized commitment form can be obtained by visiting

5) The approval of requests for any type of loan (especially educational and tuition loans) is subject to funding by the Welfare Fund.
