The registration period is from 2015/01/26 to 2015/02/04.
Registration Steps
1- Visit the university's ERP system and submit a membership request via the student's personal portal (Dormitory Affairs section).
2- Approval of the membership request by the Dormitory Affairs Office, and recording the dormitory debt in the student portal. (If the request is not approved, the student's name will be placed on the reservation list, and registration will occur if there is available capacity.)
3- Proceed to deposit the debt indicated in the portal (under no circumstances should the payment be made before approval from the Dormitory Affairs Office. The dormitory debt must be visible in the portal).
4- Visit the Dormitory Affairs Office to receive the dormitory entry card.
Membership in the dormitory is contingent upon payment of the fees. Submitting a membership request is not sufficient.
Attention to the following points is essential:
1- Male students applying for dormitory accommodation can only become permanent residents of the dormitory.
2- Due to restrictions, we regret that we cannot accommodate students after the registration period has ended.
3- Entry into the dormitory is permitted one day before classes begin and requires the new dormitory card.
4- The dormitory will be closed from 2016/03/16 to 2016/04/02.
