Qom Industrial University intends to lease its cafeteria and publications department to qualified individuals.
The necessary conditions for applicants are as follows:
1- Applicants have the opportunity from Tuesday, September 24, 2014, to Sunday, September 30, 2014, to visit the university's nutrition department to inspect the location of the student cafeteria and the university publications, as well as to submit their proposed pricing.
2- The contract duration is from October 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015, for a period of nine months. The working hours of the university cafeteria are from 7 AM to 7 PM, and any changes to the cafeteria's working hours will be coordinated with the university's Student Affairs Department.
3- A bank guarantee of 10% of the total proposed contract amount for the proper execution of work and commitments will be collected at the time of contract signing, which will be returned after the conclusion of the contract.
