We would like to inform all graduates of Qom University of Technology that the third special graduation ceremony for students will take place in early February of this year. Therefore, all esteemed graduates who wish to participate in this special ceremony should pay attention to the following points:
The special graduation ceremony for the third cohort of Qom University of Technology will be held on March 4th of this year.
All graduates of Qom University of Technology from the 2009 and 2010 admissions can register to participate in this ceremony.
Each graduate may bring a maximum of two guests to the ceremony.
The participation fee for graduates is 500,000 rials, and for each guest, it is 180,000 rials.
It is worth noting that the collected fees will be used for various aspects such as preparation, execution of the ceremony programs, award presentation, photos, and the distribution of the ceremony CD, as well as refreshments.
Online Registration Procedure
a. Deposit the specified amount through the university student portal's online payment gateway.
b. Complete the electronic registration form via the student portal.
The deadline for registration is January 20, 2016.
It is mandatory to carry a valid identification card during in-person visits.
