He pointed out the importance of evaluating the employment status of university graduates, stating: The Ministry of Science, Research and Technology has established a suitable information system for stakeholders regarding the employment status of each academic discipline, with the aim of raising awareness on monitoring the status of graduates in universities and educational institutions. He added: The Industry Relations Office of Qom University of Technology is also working on continuous monitoring of the employment status of graduates, providing career counseling in various specialized fields, organizing and enhancing the quality of internship and practicum courses, conducting joint skill enhancement courses tailored to job market needs in collaboration with industry, organizing specialized visits in cooperation with related industries and enterprises, continuously informing about job opportunities, implementing research opportunity projects for faculty members in society and industry, holding meetings between industry owners and university professors, and conducting various meetings with entrepreneurs while introducing existing opportunities to students.Dr. Rasti referenced statistics released by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, stating: Given the industrialization of Qom province and Qom University of Technology's continuous interaction, the university has achieved a 87% employment rate in 1402, securing the third place for universities in the employment of bachelor's graduates.He further added: In the master's degree program, Qom University of Technology has also secured the seventh place in the employment of master's graduates with an 88% employment rate. These statistics reflect that Qom University of Technology has effectively fulfilled its responsibilities in the realm of employment.The head of the Entrepreneurship and Industry Relations Department at Qom University of Technology, mentioning the continuous operation of 13 active scientific associations in the university, said: Qom University of Technology has achieved the eighth rank among universities in the country in terms of the number of effective educational conferences held, having organized 30 conferences and joint events with industries and executive agencies over the past year.He added: Considering the entrepreneurial approach universities must adopt, having skills is crucial for students in technical and engineering fields. In this regard, Qom University of Technology, in collaboration with the Technical and Vocational Organization of the province, has conducted a skilled training program, executing 345 specialized courses among universities, research institutes, and higher education centers in the country, thus securing the fifth rank.Dr. Rasti emphasized the necessity for universities and research institutes in the country to become mission-oriented towards national, regional, and provincial needs, stating that despite the presence of eight active industrial towns and four industrial zones in Qom province, Qom University of Technology is functioning as an entrepreneurial university with a technical and engineering mission, acting as a supportive arm in fulfilling its critical responsibilities.
