President of the Student Welfare Fund: By preparing a document for the planning of the student welfare services sector, greater equity will be observed.

According to the public relations office of the university: A meeting of the student and cultural vice-presidents of region 4 of the country was held at Qom University of Technology, attended by Dr. Motiee, advisor to the Minister and Head of the Student Welfare Fund. Dr. Motiee announced the preparation of a document regarding the welfare services of students to ensure greater equity in obtaining relevant budgets from the Student Welfare Fund.
The meeting of the student vice-presidents of region 4 of the country took place with the presence of Dr. Motiee, advisor to the Minister and Head of the Student Welfare Fund at Qom University of Technology. During this meeting, Dr. Motiee, while commemorating the blessed ten days of Fajr and expressing condolences on the martyrdom of Major General Qassem Soleimani, deemed the title "Sardar of Hearts" very fitting for him, adding: The service provided by officials in the country should resemble that of Haj Qassem, so that it remains everlasting.
He stated: The student and cultural vice-presidents have a significant responsibility, as the needs of students extend beyond official hours, and services to these dear individuals must be continuous, around the clock.
Dr. Motiee announced the establishment of an IT system for student services and added: With the creation of this system, all activities related to the Welfare Fund are being administered smoothly, which will enhance the quality of service in the shortest possible time.
He added: A document regarding the planning of services in the realm of student welfare is being prepared, and related systems will be established in four national, regional, provincial, and university sectors; based on specified standards, each university can utilize the services of this fund according to their level of deprivation and benefit, undoubtedly ensuring greater justice in this process.
The Head of the Welfare Fund stated: According to the planning that has been conducted, student loans also need to be monitored and evaluated. Currently, we have twenty-two types of student loans, which will be reduced in number while increasing the amounts after a significant review.
Dr. Rezaei Noor, Head of Qom University of Technology, welcomed the attendees and referred to the recent advancements and transformations at the university, stating: Over the past year, with the renovation and consolidation of educational classrooms, and the targeting of dormitories for both sisters and brothers, we have not only achieved student satisfaction but also saved costs in ongoing expenses.
Dr. Rezaei Noor mentioned that by increasing the number of scientific associations from six to nine, allocating physical space for them, fostering a close relationship between officials and the members of the associations, councils, and student organizations, covering 50% of the dormitory costs by the university for students, improving food quality and introducing more variety, and constructing a sports complex, many of the demands of students in the realm of student and cultural affairs have been addressed.
He added: A 20% increase in recruiting faculty members in needed fields, building and equipping university laboratories and workshops, launching co-working spaces and a club for empowering startups (Beta), the establishment of an electronic service desk, and conducting skill-training courses for students through the university's free and virtual training center are among the initiatives that have contributed to enhancing education, research, and student satisfaction.
The head of Qom University of Technology stated: To further facilitate students, the installation of an artificial turf field and a complementary cafeteria is also underway and ready to be utilized.
