According to the Public Relations Office of the University: Given the urgent need for the construction of an overpass in front of Qom University of Technology and the repeated requests from students in this regard, the President of Qom University of Technology met and conversed with members of the City Council.
Dr. Rezai Noor, in a meeting attended by Dr. Bakhtiari and Engineer Amrollahi, the Vice President and Chairman of the Urban Development and Transportation Commission of the Islamic Council of Qom, addressed the issues faced by the university in the urban domain.

He regarded the necessity of constructing an overpass in front of the university as one of the major priorities for the institution, adding: Given the establishment of the university in this part of the city and the heavy vehicle traffic, the safety of students is at risk.
Dr. Rezai Noor, referring to tragic accidents involving students on this route, stated: Despite repeated follow-ups regarding the construction of the overpass, this issue has not yet been resolved. Given that the peace and safety of students are a priority for us, the university will even bear part of the costs related to the construction of the overpass and will undertake it as a joint project with the municipality.
