According to the university's public relations, the "Mahiya" course has been held in both in-person and virtual formats for the staff of Qom Industrial University. In the virtual course, over ten sessions, topics such as communication skills for spouses, management in married life, rules for correcting attitudes towards life, and principles for making requests from spouses were discussed. In the in-person course, Dr. Rezayi Nour, the president of Qom Industrial University, conducted a workshop on work-life balance. In this course, Dr. Rezayi Nour pointed out the new policies in the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, stating: "Considering the country's urgent need for self-sufficiency and production, ministerial officials are making a continuous effort to enhance the science and technology of the country." In this regard, universities also need to double their activities and efforts. He added: "Qom Industrial University has successfully fulfilled part of its duties, as evidenced by the rankings recently obtained in various cultural, scientific, research, and industrial engagement indicators from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology." Dr. Rezayi Nour, referring to the current situation where southern Lebanon is under enemy attacks, emphasized: "Today, the enemies intend to destroy Muslims by any means necessary, so Muslims must prepare themselves to be more resilient than yesterday." Just as Islamic Iran has made significant strides in medicine and has been able to excel in medical tourism, we must also make greater efforts in other areas to achieve desired results. He pointed out that participation in the elections for the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the Assembly of Experts serves as a form of jihad today, as attending the polls and electing the most qualified individuals will significantly contribute to the advancement of dear Iran. Following this, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Jamshidi, one of the top scholars in the field and the university, delivered a speech on parenting, the role of parents in raising children, and identifying the stages of child development. Additionally, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Sarlak, another esteemed scholar in the field and the university, provided insights on achieving tranquility in life and developing a proper outlook towards life's issues.
