Registration for New Master's Degree Students at Qom University of Technology

Congratulations and best wishes to the students accepted in the master's entrance exam of the year 2021. We would like to inform you that the registration of newly admitted students at Qom University of Technology will be carried out in two phases:
  • Online registration electronically
  • Sending documents via express mail by the student
Therefore, we kindly ask you to complete all the items mentioned below and follow the registration process until you obtain the results.
(It is emphasized that registration will be entirely online, and there is no need for the student's presence.)

Before entering the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan the following items (as these will be required for uploading during registration).
  • Photocopy of all pages of the birth certificate and the national ID card.
  • A 4x3 recent passport photo with a white background taken this year (size 263x649 or smaller, with a file size of approximately 25 kilobytes)
  • Photocopy of the original bachelor's degree or provisional certificate of bachelor's degree, and if the degree is not available, the GPA form and form number 3 (commitment to graduation form)
  • Photocopy of the original associate degree or provisional certificate of associate degree if available
  • Form evaluation must be filled out as needed for each individual and uploaded. (You can download evaluation forms from this link   Evaluation Forms . Form number  4 is mandatory for all daily students and must be uploaded. Other evaluation forms should be filled out and uploaded if they match the applicant's situation.)
  • Photocopy of military service exemption card or documentation if available

Note 1: To access the online registration system, use the username, national code of the student, and password, which is the applicant's birth certificate number.
Note 2: The national code must be entered completely and as a 10-digit number without dashes or spaces (if the national code and birth certificate number starts with zero, you may not need to enter the initial zero of the national number for site access, so please try both with and without the initial zero).
After entering the online registration system, complete the registration process thoroughly and upload all related forms (which you previously scanned and mentioned in the above description) in your section, and at the end of the online registration, click the submit option.
After submitting your online registration, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number entered by the student. (provided your SMS advertising system is activated)
Subsequently, in the following days, the university's education experts will review the information sent by applicants, and if the student’s registration request is approved, an SMS containing the confirmation of online registration along with the student number will be sent to the student’s mobile. In case of request rejection, an SMS with details of the deficiencies in the application will be sent, and the applicant must return to the online registration link to complete and resubmit their deficiencies. Students who have not received their student number can check their student number in the online registration link after the request approval by the university. Therefore, respected applicants should not worry about not receiving an SMS.
 
Attention: If you haven't clicked the submit option for review (the last step after final approval), the request will not be sent to the graduate studies expert; therefore, registration will not be completed.
 
Attention: If there are deficiencies in the application file, the registration request will be returned, and the deficiencies must be resolved by the student and the request resubmitted. (If the bachelor's degree is not available (and the associate degree if applicable) or the GPA form with the student’s signature and stamp is absent, the registration request will certainly be rejected.)
 
All male students must refer to the following channel in the Bale messaging app for conscription matters. Failure to complete military service procedures will result in cancellation of their registration.

 Important Note: Students who have military service completion or exemption cards must upload their card image in the student portal (ERP system) in the form requests – other requests – sending Police +10 form. Please do not use the attachment option.

Phase 2: Submit documents via express mail by the student
The student is required to send the original documents below via express mail from 01/10/2021 to 30/12/2021 to the university.
  • Three recent 4x3 passport photos
  • Original or provisional bachelor's degree certificate
  • Original or provisional associate degree certificate if available
It should be mentioned that if the above documents are not sent, registration will not be finalized. Once the documents are received by the university's education department, an SMS will be sent to the student.
 
The start date of classes for bachelor’s degree students entering 2021 is Saturday, 08/11/2021. Therefore, all dear students should log in using their student ID and the password which is their national code (try with and without the initial zero) at the virtual education system of the university located at lms.qut.ac.ir, and attend classes this way. If you face any issues logging into the virtual system, please contact the university at extension 217 to resolve your issue.
Important Note: The university will conduct course registration for new entering students. Thus, students should compare their registered courses in the student portal (ERP system under stabilization form) and the virtual education system, and if any course is missing in the virtual education system, they should contact Mr. Mousavi at extension 217 to follow up on adding that course (in the virtual system).
Please note for students accepted without an entrance exam for exceptional talents at the master’s level
  • Exceptional talent students must perform all of the above steps according to the announcement.
  • Those accepted without an entrance exam for exceptional talents need to complete the following documents for general qualification review and submit them to the university's education department (graduate studies expert).
a) General qualification form (original version "with attached color photo").
b) Pay the amount of: 88,000 Tomans (specific for the year 2021). Payment information is as follows:

It should be noted that the issuance of student ID will subsequently be announced through the official university channel in the internal messaging app "Bale" and also by calling the university at extension 125.
