According to the public relations office of the university, in line with the realization of the objectives of the Islamic Republic of Iran's vision document for 1404 and scientific guidance based on the needs and priorities outlined in the comprehensive scientific map of the country and the transformation plan for higher education aimed at providing and training an effective, efficient, and necessary workforce for the industry, a cooperation agreement was signed between Qom University of Technology and the Specialized Association of Machine Shoe Industries of Qom province in the presence of Dr. Aghamiri, the governor of Qom, at the sixth international export exhibition of the country (Expo 202). Based on this agreement, students in the Shoe Engineering major will be granted scholarships after completing their internship through the member companies of this specialized association. This agreement is one of the requirements for obtaining permission for this major from the Organization for the Development of Higher Education.
