  • Copy of the temporary diploma and pre-university or secondary education certificate (must have been previously obtained from your school with a stamp and signature)
  • Completion of forms as required and necessary by each individual and upload (You can download the assessment forms from  here. One of forms number 4 or 5 must be filled out and uploaded (based on the student's status). Other assessment forms may be filled out and uploaded if they correspond to the applicant's status, such as for foreign nationals, guardians, and veterans, etc.)
  • Copy of the military service completion card or exemption if available
  • Completed sports interests form (you can download the form from Sports Interests Form).
  • Process the educational verification of the pre-university or secondary education stage through the website  http://emt.medu.ir

After scanning all the above items, go to the address below to complete the educational verification and fill out the relevant forms, and carry out your online registration.
Website address: https://erp.qut.ac.ir/stdnew

Note 1: To enter the online registration system, the username, student national ID, and password is the applicant's identification number.
Note 2: The national ID must be entered fully with 10 digits without dashes and spaces (if the applicant's ID starts with zero, it may not be necessary to include the leading zero while accessing the site, so try logging in both ways, with and without the leading zero. Also, the keyboard must be in English).

After entering the online registration system, complete the registration process thoroughly and upload all related forms (which you have previously scanned and mentioned in the instructions above) in the appropriate section, and at the end of the online registration section, click the submit option.

After submitting your online registration, a text message will be sent to the student's mobile number entered. (This is if your SMS advertising system is active).
In the following days, the esteemed educational experts at the university will review the submitted information from the applicants, and if the online registration request is approved, a text message containing the online registration confirmation and student number will be sent to the student. In case of rejection, an SMS notifying about the deficiency in the application or rejection will be sent to the applicant, who should return to the online registration link to complete and resubmit any deficiencies. (It should be noted that due to the high workload and increased number of incoming students, the approval of online registration requests may take up to two working days, so the student can check the status of their application on the same online registration link).
Students who have not received their student number can view it in the online registration link after their request is approved by the university. Therefore, dear applicants need not worry about not receiving a text message.
