Announcement of Student Loan for the First Semester of 2020-2021

According to the university's public relations office, the last deadline for registering for loans and submitting documents to the student affairs office at the university has been announced until the date 2020/11/20.

"The loan disbursement process for students in full-time and second shift programs, as well as fee-paying students, starts from the loan application in the student portal to the deposit into the student's and university's accounts."

A: Student actions in the Welfare Fund student portal :

1-     Access the student portal through the Welfare Fund website at www.swf.ir or by visiting the Welfare Fund student portal at www.bp.swf.ir

1-1  Newly admitted student without a file in the comprehensive system of the Welfare Fund:

1-1-1  Select the new student registration button.

2-1-1 Enter the national ID and date of birth and select the search button.

3-1-1 Fill in the nationality, place of issuance, educational center, field of study, course type, grade level, year of admission, semester of admission, student ID, home and mobile phone numbers, and receive a verification code via SMS on your mobile phone, then select save.

4-1-1 If the student is confirmed by the university as a student of that university, the student must re-enter the student portal, enter the username and password, and request the loan.

1-2   Newly admitted student in a new degree level with a file in the comprehensive system of the Welfare Fund:

1-1-2 Enter the username and password (which is the national ID of the student without dashes).

2-1-2 If the previous degree has been settled, issue the booklet or settlement (enter the student information section and select to register the new degree level).

3-1-2 A new window opens showing the previous degree and its settlement and the student must select the request to create a new degree.

4-1-2 Filling in the nationality, place of issuance, educational center, field of study, course type, grade level, year of admission, semester of admission, student ID, home and mobile phone numbers, and receiving a verification code via SMS on your mobile phone, then selecting save.

5-1-2 If the student is confirmed by the university as a student of that university, the student must re-enter the student portal, enter the username and password, and request the loan.

1-3  Student with a file in the comprehensive system of the Welfare Fund at the same study level:

1-1-3 Access the student portal with the username and password (which is the national ID of the student without dashes).

 2-1-3  Submit a loan request.

2- The student must visit the university to confirm the initial registration along with documents including the original and photocopy of the birth certificate and national ID, notarized commitment document, marital status document, rental agreement with tracking code, an active bank account in the student's name, student ID, etc., according to the type of loan requested.

Note 1: The student must register in the student portal considering technical limitations from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Note 2: The username for all students is the national ID as a 10-digit number without any lines between.

Note 3: The password for old students is the same as the previous password, and for new students, it is the same 10-digit national ID number without lines between.

 * Students who have not yet opened a loan file must prepare their notarized commitment document according to the new commitment document form in a notary's office. (As soon as the mentioned form is received from the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, a new form will be provided for new applicants in future announcements.)
