Due to the necessity of admitting new students in Mehr 1399 and the need for some students to graduate at their last semester (the current semester), the requirement to complete the second semester of 1398-1399 is clear and definitive.

- The regulations pertaining to attendance and absence of students in virtual classes are the same as those in in-person classes. Therefore, student attendance in classes is mandatory, and the university's education administration will oversee the formation of classes and the activities of faculty members and students.
- The completion of practical and workshop courses will be held intensively after the resumption of in-person classes. If it is not possible to complete these courses by 31/06/1399, the Educational Council will subsequently make decisions regarding them.
- With adherence to the minimum credit requirements, students in bachelor's programs will be able to drop two theoretical courses during the emergency drop period. Students can continue to drop semesters without years prior to the start of exams as before. Decisions regarding any requests outside these matters, such as dropping a semester without years, are at the discretion of the Educational Council and the university's special cases commission.
- We thank the esteemed faculty members for their cooperation in conducting virtual classes, and we expect the same diligence and dedication to be present in other educational and research activities, including guiding and advising students and evaluating projects and theses.
- Master's degree students can hold their defense sessions virtually. The defense procedures remain the same as before, and it is necessary to coordinate with the graduate studies expert for necessary arrangements.
