Attention students wishing to use the dormitory in the first semester of 94-93
Dear students, it is recommended that the following notice be read carefully:
1- The registration period for dormitory students is from Saturday, 93/6/22 to 93/6/26.
2- The registration period for new applicants is from Saturday, 93/6/29 to 93/7/2.
3- The dormitory fee for daytime students is 4,500,000 rials, and for evening and unofficial students, it has been approved at 6,000,000 rials.
4- Due to the limited capacity of the dormitory, failure to attend on the announced date will be considered a withdrawal from the dormitory.
5- It is recommended that a representative from each room come to register the residents for ease of registration.
6- Students who have not completed the roommate form will be accommodated by the dormitory administration.
7- New applicants (newly admitted students and those without dormitory accommodation) can come to the dormitory administration during the specified time (point 2) for registration with the required forms (listed on the university's website under dormitory affairs), along with a copy of their birth certificate and national ID, and 2 pieces of 4x3 photos, and the dormitory administration will register them if there is capacity.
8- Due to the limited capacity of the dormitory, registration will be done only for permanent accommodation.
9- Based on the announcement from the administrative and financial deputy, installment payments for the dormitory fee will not be possible this year.
10- The dormitory affairs administration cannot accept incomplete or unendorsed payment slips.

12- Accommodation will be temporarily in building No. 2 of Shahid Complex starting from Saturday, 93/6/29, and room assignments will be on Tuesday, 93/6/31.
13- A representative from each room may visit the dormitory affairs administration on Saturday, 93/7/5 to determine room assignments and receive keys.
14- Room assignments will be done according to the year of entry:
Entry classes of 91 and 90 will be from room 201 to 214 and from room 102 to 109 Entry 93-92: Rooms 110 to 117 and dormitories 1 to 7
15- It is announced to students wishing for temporary accommodation that after the registration period ends, if there are vacant spots, registration for temporary accommodation will be carried out.
