Nutrition Department Announcement

Respectfully, while extending a warm welcome and wishing good health to dear students, we would like to inform you that; the possibility of reserving food through the educational portal in the new nutrition department section (https://erp.qut.ac.ir/Hermes) will be available on active educational days (from Saturday to Wednesday based on the nutrition department schedule). The timing and method of distribution and serving food are as follows: the distribution times and locations for students are detailed below:
 Breakfast and dinner: Breakfast will be distributed the evening before with dinner orders from 19:30 to 20:30 at the dormitory.
 Lunch: From 11:30 to 13:15 at the central cafeteria inside the university (dormitory students may also choose the dormitory cafeteria for lunch in accordance with their class schedule). Dear students must make their food reservations at least 3 days before the intended date (students should exercise utmost care in selecting the cafeteria for food distribution).
 Food delivery is only possible with a student ID card. The esteemed nutrition department specialist is available on non-holiday days (Saturday to Wednesday) during working hours (8 AM to 3 PM) to address unforeseen issues related to the food reservation process or any similar matters, proudly ready to assist and guide you via contact number 36641601-025, extension 205 (Nutrition Department).  In case of reserving food and failing to collect it for more than 2 meals in a semester, the reserved food will be charged at the full cost. Additionally, the possibility of canceling a reserved meal is available up to 48 hours in advance.
