The closing ceremony and lottery of the 40-year Ascension competition at Qom University of Technology
The closing ceremony and lottery of the 40-year Ascension competition were held online at the amphitheater of Qom University of Technology with the presence of Dr. Rezaei Noor and members of the board, Hojjatoleslam Taghvaikhah, the deputy representative of the leadership in the country's universities, and Hojjatoleslam Akbari, the political and ideological head of the provincial IRGC.
According to the university's public relations report; Dr. Rezaei Noor, the president of Qom University of Technology, acknowledged the importance of such cultural activities and the necessity of familiarizing young people with the valuable revolution of the Islamic Republic, and thanked and appreciated the institutions that played a significant role in this closing ceremony, such as; the representative office of the Supreme Leader in universities, the provincial IRGC, the seminary, the blessed Jamkaran Mosque, the Islamic Propagation Organization, and the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, who stood firmly with all their capabilities.
Hojjatoleslam Taghva, the cultural deputy of the leadership in universities, attending the closing ceremony of the 40-year reading competition, expressed appreciation for those involved in organizing this competition and said:
The book "40-Year Ascension" is a very significant and useful book.
He added: The perspective of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader towards the revolution is a civilizational viewpoint that has emerged in competition with the West as a formidable rival and is currently surpassing that civilization in decline.
Hojjatoleslam Taghva further stated: The 40-year ascent is the first step of the revolution, at the end of which, enemies prepared extensive attacks to hinder the revolution and demoralize the people, but the leadership countered their plots with the announcement of the second step and revived hope in the hearts of the Iranian people, outlining the vision of reaching an Islamic civilization.
The cultural deputy of the leadership emphasized the importance of cultural activities in cyberspace and the interest of university students in engaging in this area, considering it an extraordinary opportunity that requires greater attention.
He also announced the participation of 230,000 university students in the "In Heaven" campaign.
At the end of this closing ceremony, the top contestants of the 40-year Ascension competition were honored.
