- Scanning and uploading transcript is mandatory for all types of educational loans
- Scanning and Uploading Marriage Certificate in the integrated system is also mandatory for married students applying for educational loans.
- Scanning and uploading a confirmation letter from the Student Affairs Deputy regarding residence in non-governmental dormitories and selecting the special feature option when applying in the Integrated Welfare Services System is also mandatory for single students living in these dormitories to receive 50% extra educational loan compared to other students.

Loan Application and File Setup Steps (Specifically for students applying for a loan for the first time) :
A: Register and create a new educational level in the Integrated Welfare Services System at www.swf.ir/fa
(How to access the system, loan payment and repayment regulations are available on the above system.)
B: Attach documents related to the notarized commitment letter along with guarantor(s) employment documents
C: Enter bank account number and Shaba number of Tejarat Bank (in the student's name)
D: Submit the original notarized commitment letter along with documents of guarantor(s) to the university welfare office
E: Submit loan request in the above system by the student along with relevant loan documents (for example: for essential marriage loan attach marriage certificate, for educational loan attach transcript and dormitory residence letter, for married housing deposit loan attach marriage certificate and lease agreement)
F: Approval of loan request by the welfare office upon the validity of documents and funding availability.
Actions for New Students with Existing Loan Files in the Integrated Welfare System from Previous Levels:
A: After entering the student portal via Integrated Welfare Services System proceed to create a new educational level.
B: If the installment booklet for loans taken in the previous educational level was issued, enter the student information section, create the new educational level, and submit the loan application.
C: The guaranty document for the previous level, if related to years before 1399, is not valid for the new level and requires setting up a new notarized commitment letter (according to the current format).
D: Contact the university welfare office for follow-up and confirmation of loan request registration for the new level (The guarantors' documents and sufficiency must be reviewed and approved by the responsible officer)
Documents Required to Submit to University Welfare Office for Student Loan File Creation:
A: Submission of Original Notarized Commitment Letter in Student'sName, Registered at one of the Country's Official Notary Offices Documents Registry
Guarantor(s) Employment Conditions: Government official or contract employees with 5 years of experience and employee ID code, and retirees (please refer to Articles 11 and 12 of the Student Loan Payment and Repayment Regulations for guarantor requirements and documents.)
B: Submission of student's Tejarat Bank account number and Shaba code
C: Submission of a salary deduction certificate addressed to the “Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology” in the amount of 120 million Tomans, solely for students whose total received loans exceed 120 million Tomans.
D: Submission of a recent employment certificate of the guarantor(s)
Note : The student’s notarized commitment letter must be prepared in accordance with the latest format announced by the Welfare Fund at one of the official country notary offices precisely and legibly and must be registered. Otherwise, if the submitted commitment letter does not comply with the announced format, a new notarized commitment letter must be reissued for loan disbursement.
It is recommended that honorable students contact the university to clarify the guarantor’s employment status with the relevant officer and, upon approval, proceed to prepare the guarantor documentation.
Note: The beneficiary of the document must only be the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and its details cannot be altered.
