Special Loans for Second Round Students: Tuition – Pilgrimage - Insurance
The deadline for submitting requests for various types of loans is from 92/06/23 to 92/07/10 and cannot be extended.
Documents required for establishing the loan file for full-time and second-round students:
Submission of documents from items 1 to 8 is essential for students applying for a loan for the first time.
Dear students, you can obtain the aforementioned forms from the Student Welfare section on the university website or the publications department of the university.
First note: Guarantee documents (on paper A4), and in the case of introducing a qualified guarantor and upon providing complete documents, will be accepted.
Second note: The priority for reviewing applications will be given to those who come with complete documents and on the specified dates, and in case of limited funding, applications will be prioritized.
Third note: Requests from students who have outstanding issues with their documentation from previous semesters will not be reviewed.
Fourth note: (Documents for married students) Submission of a copy of the marriage certificate - copy of spouse's birth certificate – determination of spouse's status (dependent - employed – living in another city) is mandatory.
Fifth note: (Documents for the housing deposit loan for married students) Marriage certificate and a formal lease with a tracking code in the name of the student (rental residence in Qom)
Sixth note: (Documents for the housing loan for single students who do not live with family and do not reside in dormitories): Formal lease with a tracking code in the name of the student (rental residence in Qom)
Seventh note: Considering the increase in the ceiling of special educational loans for married male students with children, submission of documents related to marriage and children's birth certificates is mandatory.
