Special Student Loans for Daytime Students: Educational - Housing - Nutrition - Urgent - Housing Deposit for Married Students - Pilgrimage - Outstanding Talents - Special Cases - Insurance (Medical and Supplemental Services)

Special Student Loans for Second Shift Students: Tuition – Pilgrimage - Insurance

The deadline for announcing loan requests is from 91/11/17 to 91/12/9, and applications will be accepted only if funding is approved by the Student Welfare Fund.             

  First Note: Guarantee documents (on A4 paper), will be accepted if a qualified guarantor is introduced according to the new circular and upon submission of all other required documents in full.

  Second Note: Priority in reviewing applications will be given to applicants who present complete documents on the specified dates, and applications will be prioritized in case of limited funding.     

Third Note:  Applications from students who have deficiencies in their files from previous terms will not be reviewed.  

Fourth Note for Married Students: Submission of a copy of the marriage certificate - copy of spouse's ID - determination of spouse's status (dependent - employed - residing in another city) is mandatory.                                                                                                                        

Documents Required for Student Loan Application for Daytime and Second Shift Students:

Submission of documents from items 1 to 10 is required for students applying for a loan for the first time.

  1. Completion of the applicant information form (this form is designed separately for daytime and second shift students.)
  2. Completion of the loan application form (this form is designed separately for daytime and second shift students.)
  3. Notification of the current account number at the Tejarat Bank in the name of the student (only for daytime students)
  4. Having a qualified guarantor according to the new circular­  (as listed on the university website and bulletin board)
  5. Submission of a notarized commitment document prepared by one of the notary offices in the country according to the commitment form (for daytime and evening students)
  6.  Submission of a copy of the latest employment decree and salary slip of official and contractual government employees to arrange the guarantee document at the notary office and student affairs
  7.  Guaranteeing other items specified in the circular 24871/1/130 dated 90/12/23 by providing a copy of the latest employment decree and salary deduction certificate addressed to the Student Welfare Fund is accepted.
  8. Copy of the student's ID
  9. Copy of the national ID card
  10. Copy of the student card
