According to Clause 7 of the memo sent under number 130/10021 dated December 5, 2016, from the Student Welfare Fund, considering the current circumstances, the disbursement of student loans to all students is only possible with the submission of a notarized commitment document. However, in order to assist new entrants and those students from previous years who are applying for a loan for the first time, this group may submit their commitment document according to the terms specified in previous announcements by no later than the 10th of Dey in the current academic semester and defer the submission of the salary deduction certificate to future terms.
