Special Loans for Second Session Students: Tuition - Pilgrimage
The deadline for submitting requests for various loans is from 93/07/12 to 93/07/30.
Documents required for forming the loan file for day students and second session students:
It is essential to provide documents from items 1 to 8 for students applying for a loan for the first time.
1- Complete the loan applicant form (This form is designed separately for day students and second session students.)
2- Complete the loan request form (This form is designed separately for day students and second session students.)
3- Open and announce the account number in Javan Bank in the name of the student (specifically for day students)
4- Provide a notarized guarantee document with a valid guarantor (Official employee, contractual, or retired employee, provided that a salary deduction certificate addressed to the Student Welfare Fund is submitted)
5- Provide a copy of the latest employment decree and the guarantor's payslip
6- Copy of the student’s birth certificate
7- Copy of the student’s national ID card
8- Copy of the student ID card
Dear students, you can obtain the aforementioned forms from the student welfare section in the university website or the publications department of the university.
Note 1: Guarantee documents (on A4 paper) will be accepted if a qualified guarantor is introduced and all documents are complete.
Note 2: Priority in reviewing applications will be given to those who present complete documents on the specified dates, and in case of limited funding availability, priority will be assigned.
Note 3: Applications from students with outstanding issues in their files from previous terms will not be considered.
Note 4: (Documents for married male students) Submission of a copy of the marriage license - copy of the spouse’s birth certificate – statement of spouse’s status (dependent - employed - living in another city) is mandatory.
Note 5: (Documents for housing deposit loans for married students) Certificate of marriage and a formal lease agreement with a tracking code in the name of the student (rented accommodation in Qom)
Note 6: (Documents for housing loans for single students who do not reside with their families and do not live in dormitories): A formal lease agreement with a tracking code in the name of the student (rented accommodation in Qom)
Note 7: Considering the increase in the ceiling for educational loans for married male students with children, it is essential to provide related documents regarding marriage and children's birth certificates.
Note 8: Day students applying for housing loans who reside in university dormitories must ensure their loan request form is validated by the dormitory supervisor.
