Registration Announcement for Student Assistant Applicants

The initial registration for student assistant applicants for the first half of the academic year 2024-2025 will be conducted until the date of 2024/10/21 through the student portal at https://erp.qut.ac.ir. The steps for submitting requests, approving requests, and starting the activities of student assistant applicants are as follows.

☑️ Step One: Dear students, you must first log into your student portal and then submit your request through the following:

1- Student Portal

2- Administrative Correspondence

3- Application Forms

4- Other Requests

5- Student Assistant Request and Needs Declaration Form (Form Number One)

6- Complete the Form

7- Submit 

☑️ Step Two: Approval by the relevant experts and final confirmation and completion of the workflow

☑️ Step Three: Commencement of work for students after final approval and completion of the workflow

🔹You can view your request and related workflow through the student portal and administrative correspondence.

🔹If you have any questions, you can contact the student assistant expert at 02636169000 extension 436 (Mr. Hosseini).

🔹Please note that submitted forms after the specified time will not be processed, and the responsibility for the non-payment of relevant costs lies with the student.

🔹Also, completing and submitting Form Number Two (Student Assistant Performance Report) is mandatory at the end of the term.

🔹Before starting activities, ensure that you have received final approval for your request.

🔹Students whose requests are approved must also register their requests in the Sajjad system following the guidelines that will be published later in the term.
