Notice No. 1 from the Nutrition Department regarding Student Meals - Academic Year 1405-1404
We congratulate and welcome esteemed students to the beginning of the academic year; the Nutrition Department's program for the new academic year is announced as follows.
🔰 Meal Reservation and Nutrition Panel Recharge: To reserve meals at any of the central restaurants (university and dormitories) and supplements, you must recharge your account and reserve your meal through the student portal at https://erp.qut.ac.ir.
🔰 Meal Distribution Hours for Lunch:
🔹 Central University Restaurant: from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Sale day from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM)
🔹 Girls' Dormitory: from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM (Sale day from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM)
🔹 Boys' Dormitory: from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Sale day from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM)
🔹 Supplement Restaurant (University Snack Bar): from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
🔰 Meal Distribution Hours for Dinner and Breakfast:
🔹 Girls' Dormitory: from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM (Sale day from 7:30 PM to 7:45 PM)
🔹 Boys' Dormitory: from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (Sale day from 8:30 PM to 8:45 PM)
🔰 Deadline for Meal Reservation or Cancellation:
🔹 You can reserve or cancel a meal in the main restaurant up to 2 days before the meal service.
🔹 You can reserve or cancel a meal in the supplement restaurant up to 1 day before the meal service.
🔰 Meal Delivery:
🔹 Meals are delivered only to the person who reserved them, upon presentation of the student ID or (forgetfulness token only for lunch). The cost of issuing a forgetfulness token for the nutrition card is 100,000 Rials. If you do not have a student ID, please visit the Security Department as soon as possible. It is also possible to receive a temporary nutrition card by visiting the Nutrition Department while waiting for a new student card.
🔹 It is possible to transfer lunch between the university and dormitory canteens up to 9 AM on the distribution day according to the instruction .... The transfer fee is 200,000 Rials.
🔰 Breakfast Reservation and Distribution: Reserved breakfast each day will be distributed with dinner on the same day for consumption the next day. For example, breakfast reserved on Sunday will be distributed with Sunday’s dinner for consumption on Monday. (In other words, the breakfast you need should be reserved the day before and received with dinner). Please note that the breakfast consumed on Sunday should be reserved for the previous Wednesday.
🔰 Cost of Missed Meals: If a meal is reserved and not collected after one instance in any meal throughout a semester, from the second instance onward, if a meal is reserved but not collected, the cost will be recorded in the student portal.
🔰 Food Containers in the Dormitory: Students must bring personal containers for lunch, dinner, and breakfast meals in the dormitory. It is clear that the preparation of disposable containers is the responsibility of the student.
🔰 Student Meal Rates:
🔹 Student meal rates, according to the announcement from the Student Welfare Fund, in normal years for low-cost meals (breakfast), medium-cost, and high-cost are 110,000, 170,000, and 220,000 Rials respectively.
🔹 Student meal rates in extended periods for the first semester of extended periods are twice that of regular students, for the second semester three times that of regular students, for the third semester four times, for the fourth semester five times, and for the fifth semester and higher, the cost of meals will be calculated.
🔹 The meal rate for international students in normal years is twice that of regular students, and in extended periods, it will be equal to the cost of the meal.
🔹 The sale day meal rate for all students in the main restaurant, if excess food is available, is 110,000, 250,000, and 300,000 Rials for low-cost (breakfast), medium-cost, and high-cost meals respectively. (There is no sale day option in the supplement restaurant)

🔰 This is to inform honored students that the Supplement Restaurant is ready to serve you during lunch in the new academic year at the university snack bar. How to use the Supplement Restaurant is announced as follows:
❇️ Meal reservations in the Supplement Restaurant are made through the nutrition system.
❇️ Each student is only allowed to choose one of the supplement restaurants, dormitory, or university for lunch.
❇️ It is possible to reserve or cancel a meal in the Supplement Restaurant from 15 days before until 1 day before the meal service.
❇️ The meal distribution time at the Supplement canteen is from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
❇️ If a meal is chosen from the Supplement Restaurant, the university will cover 600,000 Rials of the meal's price (the price stated in the meal title), and the remaining amount must be paid in cash by the student to the supplement canteen staff at the time of meal delivery. (It should be noted that when reserving food from the supplement canteen in the nutrition system, no charge is deducted from the student's account).
For example: By reserving the Olivieh meal priced at 700,000 Rials, only 100,000 Rials needs to be paid in cash by the student to the supplement canteen staff, with the remaining 600,000 Rials covered by the university.
