According to circular number 9784/130 dated 28/06/96 of the Student Welfare Fund, it is essential for applicants wishing to receive a loan in the first semester of 97-96 to register their request on the website www.swf.ir from 15/06/96 to 30/07/96, following the points below and according to the attached process (Guide).
Important Notes:
1) The above duration is not extendable.
2) The browser used is Internet Explorer.
3) The deadline for entering personal information and submitting loan requests on the student portal of the Welfare Fund is from 15/06/96 to 30/07/96.
4) The final submission of the list of requests is done by the university's student affairs expert, provided that the documents of the applicants are approved and complete. Therefore, it is necessary for applicants to follow up on the approval of their requests to the final stage with the relevant expert at the university.
5) It is essential for students applying for a loan for the first time to first register their personal information on the aforementioned site, and after submitting the required documents for loan file formation, including a copy of the national ID card and student card, and the original guarantee document (notarized commitment) - a copy of the pay slip and employment certificate of the guarantor - bank account number in the name of the student (for daily students and applicants of the Alavi Foundation loan) etc., to again visit the Welfare Fund's website to submit their loan request. Guarantor conditions: (official employees or contractual employees of the government and retirees upon providing a wage deduction certificate addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology) - You can obtain the notarized commitment form from the forms menu on the Student Welfare Fund website or by visiting the student affairs unit at the university .
6) The approval of any type of loan request (educational, tuition, housing, etc.) is contingent upon the allocation of funds from the Welfare Fund.
7) The approval of requests for loans such as emergency loans, housing deposits for married students, marriage loans, etc. is conditional upon providing special documents related to these requests to the university's student affairs office.
8) The responsibility for not following up on the accuracy of the loan request registration process lies with the student.
 9) The manual registration of loan requests by university staff is not possible; therefore, only applicants for the Alavi Foundation loan (day and night students) can refer to student affairs during the above period and submit the required wage deduction certificate for the guarantor addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to complete the loan form.
