Attention Students Applying for Loans in the First Semester of 97-98

According to directive number 9542/130 dated 97/06/27 from the Student Welfare Fund, it is essential for applicants seeking loans in the first semester of 98-97 to form their file and register their request on the Student Welfare Fund website at the address
  97/07/15 to 97/08/15 by observing the points below and according to the attached process (Guide) for action.
Important Instructions:
1) Due to budget constraints, priority will be given to requests submitted within the specified time frame.
2) The browser used should be Internet Explorer.
3) Students with low income who are academically capable will be given priority.
4) The final submission of the list of requests will be done by the student affairs expert at the university, and upon approval and completion of the applicants' documents, it is essential for applicants to follow up on the approval of their requests with the relevant expert at the university until the final stage.
5) It is essential for students who are applying for a loan for the first time or at a new level to first register their personal information (file formation) on the mentioned website and, after submitting the loan file documents to the student affairs expert at the university, revisit the Student Welfare Fund website to submit their loan request through Phase Two.
 Required Documents:   A copy of the birth certificate, national ID card, student card, and the original guarantee document (notarized commitment) - A copy of the guarantor's salary slip and employment certificate - A bank account number at Bank Tejarat in the name of the student (for daily students and applicants for the Alavi Foundation loan) and ....
Guarantor Conditions: (Official or contractual government employee and retirees, on the condition of providing a certificate of salary deduction addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology) - You can obtain the notarized commitment form from the forms menu on the Student Welfare Fund website or by visiting the student affairs unit at the university.
6) The approval of any type of loan request is contingent upon the allocation of funds by the Student Welfare Fund.
7) The approval of loans including essential loans, housing deposit for married students, marriage loans, etc., is conditional on the submission of special documents related to these requests to the student affairs department of the university.
8) The responsibility for not following up on the correctness of the loan request registration process lies with the student.
9) Manual submission of loan requests by the university expert is not possible; therefore, only applicants for the Alavi Foundation loan (daily and evening students) can, during the specified time period, visit the student affairs department to complete the loan form by providing the salary deduction certificate of the guarantor addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
