Attention dear students applying for membership in the Student Affairs Council Eligible students who wish to apply for membership can complete the relevant form by visiting the Brothers' Dormitory from December 5, 2018, to December 10, 2018. It is worth mentioning that the names of the approved candidates will be announced after the review. The general conditions for applicants for membership are as follows: 1- Belief in the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and practical commitment to the absolute guardianship of the jurist and the Constitution (completion of the candidate form) 2- Full-time enrollment at the institution in one of the continuous undergraduate, master's, or doctoral programs, and having completed at least one semester for undergraduate students. 3- Not having a definitive ruling of conviction in the disciplinary committee. 4- Observing student and ethical standards. 5- Adhering to the provisions of the bylaws and procedures of the Student Affairs Council. 6- Maintaining a minimum overall GPA of 13 for undergraduate students and a GPA of 15 for graduate students. 7- Not being on probation in the previous semester or having no more than one non-consecutive academic probation period. 8- Not being a member of the central council of licensed Islamic organizations at the institution. 9- The remaining duration of studies, including the semester in which the elections are held, should not be less than two semesters. Note 1: Graduate students can participate in the elections from the beginning of their enrollment at the institution. Note 2: In the event of any definitive conviction of a member of the Student Affairs Council by the Disciplinary Council, their membership will be revoked.
