Important Announcement Regarding Nighttime Student Loans

The deadline for submitting loan applications is from 3/07/91 to 19/07/91. Applications will be registered only if funds are allocated by the Student Welfare Fund.                                                                                              

   Note one: Guarantee documents (on A4 paper) will be accepted if a qualified guarantor is provided according to the new circular, contingent upon the presentation of other complete documents.

  Note two: The priority for reviewing applications will be given to applicants who submit complete documents on the specified dates. In case of fund limitations, applications will be prioritized.     


Note three:  Applications from students who have incomplete documentation from previous semesters will not be reviewed.  

Note four for married students: Submission of a copy of the marriage certificate - a copy of the spouse's birth certificate – determination of the spouse's status (dependent - employed – living in another city) is mandatory.                                                                                                 

 

Announcement regarding evening student loans for the second semester of this year Required Documents:

Submission of documents numbered 1 to 9 is essential for students requesting to create a loan application file for the first time.

  1. Completion of the applicant’s information form for evening students
  2. Completion of the loan request form
  3. Having a qualified guarantor as per the new circular (posted on the university website and bulletin board)
  4. Submission of a notary deed commitment document prepared by one of the official notary offices in the country
  5.  Submission of a copy of the latest employment decree   and salary slip of official and contract government employees for the guarantee
  6.  Guaranteeing other matters mentioned in circular 24871/1/130 dated 23/12/90 from the Welfare Fund is validated through submission of the latest employment decree and a salary deduction certificate.
  7. Copy of the student’s birth certificate
  8. Copy of the national ID card
  9. Copy of the student ID card
