Notice Number 2: Extension of Student Loan Deadlines

Announcement No. 2 Student Loan for the Second Semester of 1400-1399 Qom Industrial University
The registration period for loans and document submission to the Student Affairs Office and loan application on the Welfare Fund website has been extended until 1400/03/20.
"The loan payment process for students in daily and second shift programs from the time of loan application on the student portal until deposit into the student's and university's accounts"
A(Student action on the Welfare Fund student portal :
  • Access the student portal via the Welfare Fund website at swf.ir  or visit the Welfare Fund student portal at www.bp.swf.ir
1-1  Newly admitted student without a file in the Welfare Fund comprehensive system:
  • Select the new student registration button
2-1-1 Enter the national ID and date of birth, then select the search button
3-1-1 Enter nationality, place of issue, educational center, field of study, type of program, level, year of entry, semester of entry, student ID, landline and mobile phone, and receive a validation code on the mobile device via SMS, then select save
4-1-1 If the university approves the student as a student of that university, the student will re-enter the student portal and enter the username and password to apply for the loan. (Registration approval will be done upon preparation and submission of documents and evidence)
  • Newly admitted student in a new level with a file in the Welfare Fund comprehensive system:
1-1-2 Enter the username and password (which is the student’s national ID without dashes.)
2-1-2 If the previous educational level has been resolved (issuance of a booklet or settlement), enter the student information section and select register for the new educational level.
3-1-2 A new window will open displaying the previous resolved level, and the student must select the request to create a new educational level.
4-1-2 Enter nationality, place of issue, educational center, field of study, type of program, level, year of entry, semester of entry, student ID, landline and mobile phone, and receive a validation code on the mobile device via SMS, then select save
5-1-2 If the university approves the student as a student of that university, the student will re-enter the student portal and enter the username and password to apply for the loan.
  • Student with a file in the Welfare Fund comprehensive system in the same educational level:
1-1-3 Access the student portal using the username and password (which is the student’s national ID without dashes)
2-1-3  Submit the loan application
  • Student's visit to the university to verify and confirm the initial registration along with the following documents, according to the type of requested loan including:
 Original and copy of birth certificate and national ID,
Notarized commitment document*and employment decree of the guarantor(s) and certification of payroll deduction (addressed to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology's Welfare Fund for the amount specified as per Article 11 of the student loan payment and repayment regulation)
 Marriage certificate, rental agreement with tracking code,
Active account number in the student's name (for daily students)
Student card
Note 1: The student must register in the student portal considering technical limitations from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Note 2: The username for all students is the national ID, which is a 10-digit number without any spaces.
Note 3: The password for old students is their previous password, and for new students, it is the same 10-digit national ID without spaces.
 
*Students who have not yet created a loan file must prepare their notarized commitment document according to the form New Commitment Document in the public notary office.  (It is essential to confirm the conditions of the guarantor(s) via a phone call or email with the relevant expert at the university before preparing the guarantee document.)
Note 1: Students who have submitted a notarized commitment document in previous levels must provide a new commitment document and a payroll deduction certificate in the new level according to the conditions stated in Article 11 of the relevant regulation.

* Married students with a marriage certificate receive the maximum amount, while single students receive the minimum educational loan amount.

*The student can exclusively use one event in each semester.

 *Using any event during an educational course is only permitted once.

*Marriage events can only be utilized once throughout all educational levels and only up to 18 months after the wedding date during the study period.

 *If documents with higher amounts than specified for urgent loan events are submitted, the amount paid to the students will not exceed the expenditures stated in the documents, and if the requested amount is less than the ceiling for each event, the loan will be paid according to the specified amounts in the provided documents.

*The deadline for submitting documents, financial and medical evidence, and their validity for receiving events related to special cases, accidents, natural disasters, or needs-based support is a maximum of 9 months from the event occurrence, and for top students, national samples, innovators, and sports champions, it is a maximum of 6 months after receiving support and is only acceptable during the student’s study period.

*The student must be married, without dormitory, and have a commitment and rental agreement (with tracking code).

*No housing loan is granted in the last permitted semester.

Continuous Bachelor's and Non-scholarship Professional Doctorate programs have a maximum ceiling of 80,000,000 Rials.

Continuous Master's, Continuous Doctorate, and Professional Doctorate programs have a maximum ceiling of 100,000,000 Rials.

An additional event shall be added to the total ceiling of urgent loan events in each semester to provide greater support for students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
