Deadline for loan registration and document submission to the student affairs office at the university is 1399/08/30

A( Student action on the welfare fund student portal :
1- Accessing the student portal through the welfare fund website at www.swf.ir or visiting the welfare fund student portal atwww.bp.swf.ir
1-1 New student with no file in the comprehensive system of the fund:
1-1-1 Select the new student registration button
2-1-1 Enter ID number and date of birth and select the search button
3-1-1 Enter nationality, place of issue, educational center, field of study, course type, level, year of entry, semester of entry, student number, landline and mobile phone, receive a verification code on your mobile via SMS, and select save
4-1-1 If the student is confirmed by the university as a student of that university, the student can log back into the student portal and enter the username and password to request the loan.
1-2 New student in a new level with a file in the comprehensive system of the fund:
1-1-2 Enter username and password (which is the same as the student’s ID number without hyphens)
2-1-2 If the previous level of education has been determined ) issuance of a booklet or account settlement( enter the student information section and select the new level of education.
3-1-2 A new window will open displaying the previous and finalized level, and the student must select the request to create a new level of education.
4-1-2 Enter nationality, place of issue, educational center, field of study, course type, level, year of entry, semester of entry, student number, landline and mobile phone, receive a verification code on your mobile via SMS, and select save
5-1-2 If the student is confirmed by the university as a student of that university, the student can log back into the student portal and enter the username and password to request the loan.
1-3 Student with a file in the comprehensive system of the fund in the same educational level:
1-1-3 Log in to the student portal with the username and password (which is the student’s ID number without hyphens)
2-1-3 Submit a loan request
2- Student visit to the university to match and confirm initial registration along with documents including original and copy of ID card and national card, notarized commitment document*, marital status document, lease agreement with tracking code, active account number in the student’s name, student card, etc., based on the type of loan requested
Note1: The student must register on the student portal considering technical limitations from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Note2: The username for all students is the national ID in a 10-digit numeric format without spaces between them.
Note3: The password for old students is the same as the previous password, and for new students, it is the same 10-digit numeric national ID without spaces between them.
*Students who have not yet formed a loan file must prepare their notarized commitment document according to the new commitment document form at a notary office. (Upon receiving the aforementioned form from the welfare fund of the Ministry of Science, a new form will be provided for new applicants in future notifications.)

*The student may utilize only one event per semester. *Utilizing any event throughout the educational course is only permitted once. *The marriage event can only be utilized once during all educational levels and up to 18 months after the date of marriage only during the period of study. *In case the documents provided exceed the stipulated amount in the urgent loan events, the amount disbursed to students will not exceed the expenses incurred, and if the requested amount is less than the ceiling of each event, the loan will be issued according to the stipulated amount in the documents provided. *The deadline for submitting documents, financial and medical documents, and their validity for receiving urgent events, accidents, and natural disasters, for the special outstanding students, national models, innovators, and sports champions is a maximum of 9 months after the occurrence of the event, and for the special outstanding students, it is a maximum of 6 months after receiving assistance and strictly during the student's study period. |
