Announcement No. 1 for Student Loans for the First Semester of 2022-2023 Qom University of Technology

Loan registration time and document submission to the financial aid office at the university is from 10/13/2022 to 12/07/2022
The time for applying for urgent loans is from 11/12/2022 to 12/07/2022

Steps for applying for a loan and creating a file  :

  • Log in to the student portal via the address bp.swf.ir
  • Actions for new students of the academic year 2022 and students from previous years who are applying for a loan for the first time:

A:  Initial registration in the Welfare Fund system and action for preparing and submitting the documents for file creation (according to item 5) to the financial aid office of the university.

B:  If the documents are correct and complete, the student's registration will be confirmed by the university, and the student can log in again to the student portal (https://bp.swf.ir) and register their loan request using their user ID and password (national ID).

  • New students who have a loan file in the comprehensive Welfare Fund system for previous levels:

A: After logging into the student portal, they should create a new level and formally register on the fund's website.

B:  If, in the previous educational level, an installment booklet for loans obtained in the previous level has been issued, they should enter the student information section and create a new educational level.

C:  Contact the university welfare office to follow up on the confirmation of registration and create access for submitting loan requests at the new level (it is essential that the guarantee documents and the sufficiency of the guarantors are reviewed and approved by the relevant expert)

  • Students who have a file in the comprehensive Welfare Fund system at the current educational level can register to submit a loan request by logging into the student portal.
  • Required documents to be submitted to the university welfare office for creating a student loan file:

A:  Submission of the original Guarantee Document for Students is, registered in one of the notary offices of the country

Conditions for the guarantor or guarantors: Official or contract employees of the government, contractual employees of the government with 5 years of experience, holding an employee ID, and retirees.

(For information on the conditions and documents of the guarantors, refer to Articles 11 and 12 Guidelines for Payment and Repayment of student loans.)

B: Submission of the account number of Bank Tejarat in the name of the student applying for student loans (especially for daily students)

 C: Submission of a salary deduction certificate addressed to "Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology" for the amount of 300,000,000 IRR (for loans up to 30 million tomans) and the amount of 600,000,000 IRR (for loans exceeding 30 million tomans)

Note: Due to the continuing economic conditions resulting from the outbreak of the coronavirus and to assist students, providing a salary deduction certificate for guarantors is not mandatory this semester.

D:  Copy of the latest employment decree of the guarantor or guarantors.

E:  Copy of the national ID card and student card of the student.

F:  Provide documents and evidence specific to each of the selected loans.

Note: It is necessary that the Guarantee Document for Students is prepared in accordance with the previously announced guidelines from the Welfare Fund in one of the official notary offices in a precise and legible manner and is registered. It is clear that if the submitted guarantee document does not correspond to the contents of the announced document, a new notarized guarantee document must be prepared for obtaining the loan. It is recommended that respected students contact the university to verify the working conditions of the guarantor or guarantors with the relevant expert, and upon confirmation, proceed to prepare the document and obtain the salary deduction certificate.

Note: The obliged party to this document is solely the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and its details cannot be changed.
