Steps for loan application and file formation :
A: Preliminary registration in the Welfare Fund system and actions to prepare and submit documents for file formation (according to Article 5) to the university's Financial Aid Office
B: If the documents are correct and complete, the registration of the student will be validated by the university and the student can re-enter the student's portal and register the username and password (national code), and submit their loan application .
A: After logging into the student portal, students should take actions regarding their new level and register on the Welfare Fund website .
B: If in the previous educational level the installment booklet for the loans taken out has been issued, you should enter the student information section for the new education level .
C: Contact the Welfare Office of the university for following up on the validation of registration and accessibility for submitting loan request at the new level (it is necessary that the documents of guarantee and sufficient guarantors be reviewed and approved by the relevant expert)
A: If incomplete the documents can validate the student's loan.
B: If the installment booklet for previous loans has been issued, they should provide the new educational level student information.
C: Contact the Welfare Office for follow-up on the validation of registration and accessibility for submitting loan request at the new level (necessary documents and sufficient guarantors must be verified and approved by the respective expert).
A: Provision of the original Student Commitment Document (Guarantee document), registered in one of the notary offices in the country (for information about the terms and guarantee documents refer to Articles 11 and 12 of the regulations on the payment and repayment of student loans and to the descriptions of the Welfare Office on the university's homepage.)
B: Provision of a payroll deduction certificate addressed to "Welfare Fund of Students of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology" in the amount of 300000000 rials (to obtain loans up to 30 million tomans) and in the amount of 600000000 rials (to obtain loans exceeding 30 million tomans)
Note: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to assist students, providing a payroll deduction certificate from guarantors is not mandatory this semester.
C: Recent employment certificate of the guarantor
D: Provision of the account number of the Bank Tejarat in the name of the student wishing to obtain student loans (especially for daily students)
E: Provision of documents and evidence specific to each of the selected loans
Note: It is imperative that the Student Commitment document be drafted precisely and legibly according to the draft announced by the Welfare Fund in one of the official notary offices and registered. It is evident that in case of non-compliance of the commitment document with the content of the announced document, a new notarial commitment document must be prepared to obtain the loan. It is recommended that esteemed students contact the university to inquire about the employment conditions of the guarantor(s) with the relevant expert and if approved, take steps to prepare the document and obtain a payroll deduction certificate.

Welfare Fund Tuition Loans: A: Second-round students of public universities, centers affiliated with executive agencies, and technical and vocational colleges B: Students of Payame Noor universities, Comprehensive Scientific Application, Islamic Azad, and private nonprofit institutions

*A student can utilize only one event in each semester. *Tuition loans are deposited into the university's account to cover part of the tuition debt of the applicant and are recorded as their debt in the student file. *Newly admitted students in public universities can only benefit from the Welfare Fund tuition loan. * Excess loan funds for students under the Committee on Assistance and the Welfare Organization are solely granted to students from those two institutions (if unemployed) as follows: 1. There is no need for the student to provide a commitment document for this loan, and the supporting institutions guarantee the loan payment. 2. Eligible students under support will be introduced by supportive institutions at the beginning of each semester, and applying for excess tuition loans is only possible through the Welfare Fund's student portal. 3. Due to the full payment of the excess tuition under this loan, students introduced are not able to receive both the Welfare Fund and the bank tuition loans. |
