    Announcement of Eligible Individuals for Housing in Self-managed Dormitories at Qom University of Technology   ( for sisters and brothers entering in the years 87 – 88 -89)
Considering the reduction in the capacity of the male dormitory and taking into account the overall GPA of the applicants for housing, provided that they have completed at least 12 credits in the first semester of the academic year 91-90, those whose names are mentioned in the final list of this announcement can proceed with the registration for the dormitory, considering the following points.

  1. It is mandatory for the student to be present for the registration process in the dormitory. If the named individuals do not take action on the announced days for this purpose, their non-presence will be considered a withdrawal from the dormitory request, and consequently, a replacement will be determined in their place.
  2. We regret that we cannot respond to students who visit us at times other than the announced times.
  3. It is essential for each student to visit the student affairs office with their payment receipts and obtain a referral letter to submit the receipts to the financial affairs department. Upon approval from the university's financial affairs, they should return to the student affairs office to complete the necessary forms, receive the dormitory card, and determine their housing location.
(Housing for students will be based on the year of entry and field of study.)
  1. A dormitory card will be issued for each student, which serves as permission for your presence and movement in the dormitory, and in subsequent terms, if conditions for housing are met, you can renew the validity of this card to benefit from dormitory facilities. Therefore, it is essential to carry this card with you when entering the university and during your stay in the dormitory and to take care of keeping it safe.
  2. Some residents of the self-managed dormitory in the previous term (sisters and brothers) caused damage to the property and items delivered in the dormitory, and the cost of this damage will be deducted from the guarantee amount paid by the student after the names of the recipients are announced by the university's asset manager.
  3. To change your housing location with another student simultaneously and together, please visit the student affairs office only on the dates from 25/7/90 to 30/7/90 so that, if deemed appropriate by the head of the student affairs department, your accommodation can be shifted.
  4. All students residing in the dormitory are obliged to comply with all rules and regulations and adhere to the commitment letter of the self-managed dormitories at Qom University of Technology; otherwise, the consequences will be the responsibility of the student.
