Attention Students Applying for Loans in the Second Semester of 96-95
According to circular number 16771/130 dated 24/9/95 from the Student Welfare Fund, it is necessary for applicants seeking loans in the second semester of 96-95 to register their requests on the website www.swf.ir from 25/9/95 to 10/11/95, adhering to the points below and following the attached process (Guide) . Important Notes:
1) The above time period cannot be extended.
2) The browser used must be Internet Explorer.
3) The deadline for entering personal information and registering loan requests in the Student Welfare Portal is from 95/9/25 to 95/11/10.
4) The final submission of the list of requests will be by the student affairs expert at the university, pending the approval and completion of the applicants' documents. Therefore, it is essential for applicants to follow up on the approval of their requests to the final stage with the relevant expert at the university.
5) Students seeking a loan for the first time must initially enter their personal information on the mentioned site, and after submitting the required documents for the loan file, including a copy of the national ID card, a copy of the student ID, the original guarantee document (notarized commitment), a copy of the guarantor's salary slip, and the job order, along with the Trade Bank account number in the name of the student (
for daily students and applicants for the Alavi Foundation loan), must again visit the loan fund's website to register their loan request.

contracted government employee or retirees, provided they present a certificate of salary deduction addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology) - You can obtain the notarized commitment form by visiting

6) Approval of any type of loan (educational, tuition, housing, etc.) depends on the availability of funds from the Student Welfare Fund.
7) Approval of requests for loans such as essential loans, housing deposits for married students, marriage loans, etc. is conditional on providing specific documents related to these requests to the university's student affairs office.
8) It is the student's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the loan application process and to follow up.
9) Manual submission of loan applications by university staff is not permitted, therefore only applicants for the Alavi Foundation loan (daily and evening students) may visit the student affairs department during the specified time frame to complete the loan form, with the required salary deduction certificate from the guarantor addressed to the Student Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
