According to the guidelines of the Student Welfare Fund, all students who are not covered by any insurance are required to visit the university's student affairs office for registration for health insurance coverage from 92/7/1 to a maximum of 92/7/8. It is evident that after the mentioned date, the university will have no responsibility regarding this delay.
Student Insurance under the name of Insurance for Other Groups:
According to the contract signed between the Deputy for Student Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education with the Health Service Insurance Organization, students who are not covered by any type of health insurance will be covered by health service insurance after registration. Insurance cards will be issued to them through the Health Service Insurance offices or their representatives, and those who use the benefits of health service insurance in this way are referred to as "Other Groups." The government pays 50% of the insurance premium for university students and higher education institutions, as well as their spouses and children, in accordance with Article 1 of the Family and Population Planning Act during their studies. The remaining 50% will be paid for those students who cannot afford it through the Student Welfare Fund. For PhD students and specialized doctoral programs, they will cover the remaining 50% themselves.
