According to circular number 16917/130 dated 96/10/24 from the Student Welfare Fund, it is essential for applicants for loans in the second semester of 97-96 to register their requests on the www.swf.ir website from 96/11/14 to 96/12/07, following the points below and the attached process (guide).
Note: The application for tuition loans will be available in System Phase Two from 97/01/25 to 97/02/10.
Important Notes:
1) Applications outside the specified timeframe will not be considered.
2) The browser to be used is Internet Explorer.
3) The deadline for forming the file and submitting the loan application on the Student Welfare Fund's portal is from 14/11/96 to 07/12/96.
4) Priority will be given to students in need with limited resources.
5) Registration for tuition loans for evening students will be possible from 25 Farvardin 97 to 5 Ordibehesht 97.
6) The date for activating System Phase Two for submitting emergency loan requests will be announced later.
7) The final submission of the list of applications will be done by the student affairs expert at the university upon approval and completion of the applicants' documents, so it is essential for applicants to follow up on the approval of their requests until the final stage with the relevant expert at the university.
8) It is necessary for students applying for a loan for the first time or at a higher level to first register their personal information (file formation) on the mentioned website and then submit the required documents for the loan file, including a copy of the birth certificate, national ID card, student card, original guarantee document (notarized commitment), a copy of the salary slip and the employment decree of the guarantor, as well as the bank account number in the name of the student (especially for full-time students and applicants of the Alavi Foundation loan) to the university's student affairs expert, and then to register the loan application through Phase Two on the Welfare Fund website. Guarantor conditions: (official government employee or contract employee, or retirees, provided they present a salary deduction certificate addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology) - you can obtain the notarized commitment form from the forms menu on the Welfare Fund's website or in person at the university's student affairs office.
9) Approval of any type of loan request is subject to funding availability from the Welfare Fund.
10) Approval of loans including emergency loans, housing deposits for married students, marriage loans, etc., is conditional on providing special documents related to these requests to the university's student affairs office.
11) The responsibility for the student's failure to verify the accuracy of the loan application process lies with the student themselves.
12) Manual submission of loan requests by the university's expert is not possible; therefore, only applicants for the Alavi Foundation loan (full-time and evening students) can complete the mentioned loan form by presenting the salary deduction certificate of the guarantor addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology during the specified timeframe at the student affairs office.
