The registration period is from 94/11/07 to 94/11/15.
Registration Steps
1- Visit the university's ERP system and submit a membership request through the student's personal portal (Accommodation Affairs section).
2- Approval of the membership request by the Accommodation Affairs office and recording dormitory debts in the student portal. (If the request is not approved, the student's name will be placed on the reservation list, and registration will be conducted if there is available capacity.)
3- Make the payment for the debt listed in the portal (under no circumstances should payments be made before the Accommodation Affairs office approves the request. The dormitory debt must be visible in the portal).
4- Visit the Accommodation Affairs office to receive the dormitory access card.
Membership in the dormitory is conditional upon payment. Submitting a membership request is not enough.
It is essential to pay attention to the following notes:
1- Male students applying for dormitory accommodation can only become permanent members of the dormitory.
2- Due to limitations, we are unable to accept students after the registration deadline.
3- The time to enter the dormitory is one day before classes start and can only be done with the new dormitory card.
4- The dormitory will be closed from 94/12/27 to 95/01/13.
