Dear students applying for membership in the Student Guild:
Eligible students can apply for membership in the Student Guild from 19/07/91 to 25/07/91 by visiting the Student Affairs Office to complete the application form for candidates wishing to participate in the council elections.
It is worth mentioning that, since the authority to determine the eligibility of candidates rests with the university's Student Affairs Vice Chancellor (according to the note of Article 6 of the regulations), the names of the eligible individuals for conducting related matters such as advertising will be announced after the above deadline.
The general conditions for membership candidates are as follows:

Belief in the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and practical commitment to the absolute Guardianship of the Jurist and the Constitution (completion of the application form).

Full-time enrollment in the institution at one of the continuous Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral levels.

Not having a definitive ruling of condemnation by the Disciplinary Committee.

Not being known for behavior inconsistent with student dignity and ethics as confirmed by competent authorities within or outside the university.

Having a minimum GPA of 13 and not having more than one semester of academic probation during the course of study.

Not holding an organizational responsibility in the Central Council of Political and Cultural Associations that has obtained permission to operate from the institution's Supervisory Board.

Remaining with a minimum of two academic semesters according to conventional educational periods (continuous Bachelor's 8 semesters, Master's 4 semesters, Professional Doctorate 14 semesters, and Specialized Doctorate 9 semesters).

Completing two academic semesters for continuous Bachelor’s students.
Note 1: Graduate students from the outset of their enrollment in the institution have the opportunity to participate in the elections.
Note 2: If a council member is found to be lacking eligibility at any stage of their activity, their membership will be revoked by the Student Affairs Office, and the first alternate will replace them.
